I am a registered nurse for 13 years, with 12 years’ experience in a hospital setting as a charge nurse and now doing a job as a nurse supervisor.Throughout my experiences, I am effective in communicating with the doctors regarding the patient’s management. Handling phone calls is one of my duties to convey referral with the other hospital and other specialist. I am attention to details when it comes in taking the history of the patient to provide accurate data. Patients chart confidentiality is my primacies; hence I am assuring that I am trustworthy and reliable person. . I am organized, hence making sure that I properly coordinate with the other department regarding the management of the patient, such as pathology department, radiology, dietary and records section. Recently I was able to develop my administrative skills as a Nursing Supervisor. I am ensuring that each staffs are well scheduled in their duties. I can do multitasking and flexible in any situation. In any uncertainties, you can count on me as a problem solver.
