• Generate a report of orders on price hold in Oracle.
• Review order details entered in the system versus the customer's PO.
• Identify the reason why the order was put on hold. Check for any errors.
• Review, verify, and apply pricing based on pricing agreements.
• Request special pricing agreements and stock pricing.
• Revise quotes with configured part numbers or products to apply to an order.
• Monitor and prioritize the release of HIGH PRIORITY and AIR orders before cut-off time.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other support groups to ensure order quality and accuracy.
• Resolves pricing issues on regular, ETO (Engineered to Order), and/or highly modified items.
• Oversee the release of orders at different locations: the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• Generate and prepare a weekly summary and Monthly Metrics Report in Oracle for clients.
• Order Entry Process. Ensures that all sales orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met.
• Provides support to a team of sales (inside and outside) representatives.
• Works with sales management, sales reps, and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Prepares product or license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.
• Provides support to an Australian bank for all banking concerns, including but not limited to verification and updating of customer information, changing financial advisers, and organizing access to online banking services.
• Checks the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all documents submitted by the customers or advisers.
• Deals with all back office-related financial transactions.
Oversees elements for seamless operations, efficient resource use, and goal attainment.
Aids project managers in organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and accomplishing project objectives.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
