• Hertz Account- We are the one who book reservation for the customer through inbound calls. We can also modify their reservation if they do request add ons like child seat, ski rack etc. or if they want to change the date. We also provide solution if they encounter and issue before, during and after their reservation like finding another location if there is no available car on their pick-up location also giving instructions and direction.
• Sometimes we are transferring them to the right department.
• Door Dash Account- We are placing food order and adding up item for the customer through inbound call, chat.
• Resolving issues regarding their food, dasher or restaurant. Sometimes we are calling dasher to check the order and sometimes calling the restaurant.
• We are also adding tip for the dasher and also processing credits, refund for the customers.
