I've been in an Administrative works for how many years now and have a lot of experience in admin task. One of the most task that I'm doing is the Data Entry. I'm always passionate about my work. My initial priority is client satisfaction and I always concerned about the client's satisfaction by providing the highest possible results. Microsoft Excel is one of the most-used software programs in the business world, that is why I'm here to make sure you get the full benefit of it.
I have comprehensive knowledge in accounting principles, tracking account receivables and account payables, payroll postings, invoicing, etc. I have expertise in developing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit for the management. I enjoy helping busy owners save time by keeping their books up to date in order for them to be able to quickly and efficiently make business decisions.
I am flexible, fast and possess excellent time keeping skills. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am able to handle multiple task fast and accurate on a daily basis. I am an average user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with high speed in typing jobs.

- Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
- Sort and file documents according to established filing systems, locate and retrieve documents from files as requested and maintain records of filed and removed materials.
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically.
- May perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits
- May sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents
- Checking and Encoding of Daily Report and Generating Monthly Reports.
- Recording Cash and Check Expenses in excel.
- Generating Payroll of Employees.
- Conducting billing processes (e.g. tax, revenue).
- Maintaining records for the Books of Accounts.
- Keeping the Financial Records updated.
-Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures
-Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff
-Prepare work schedule to staff
-Control inventory and order as per requirements
-Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
-Train new and existing staff
-Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
