I’ve been working as a BPO specialist for 9 years. At my last company with JP Morgan & Chase, I handled customer disputes my role is to make sure that that our company JP Morgan &Chase will get that hard-earned revenue back through compiling and submitting a response document. We do it by checking the card network’s rules and regulations and reason codes so we can respond properly to the dispute.

I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. In my performance reviews, my supervisor always notes that he appreciates my professionalism and enthusiasm for the job.
