Medication Reconciliation (Data Sheet)
As the Project Coordinator for this Improvement Project it was my task to merge the data collected by the auditors into one spreadsheet, substitute an auditor for their data entry tasks in case of absenteeism, validate the data entered, troubleshoot problems with the cell formulas, manual recheck of the results and submission of the spreadsheets for benchmarking.
