I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in 2022. I have also worked as a cashier and payment officer in the POGO industry, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, data entry, and financial transactions. This experience helped me become highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in handling spreadsheets.

• Verify the UPI ID, name, amount, and date in the indexed records against the customer request.
• Authorize transactions that successfully pass the verification process and transfer the requested amount to the customer's bank account
• Reject transaction where the UPI details do not match the index.
• Detect multiple withdrawal requests with different UPI IDs from the same account.
• Assist users with delayed withdrawals or failed deposits.
• Maintain accurate records of all verified and rejected transactions for audits.
• Generate daily reports on payment processing and rejected transactions.
