Handling healthcare account under Abbot-Freestyle Libre CGM products. Knowledge of CRM software, Salesforce, Avaya, typing speed, active listening, problem-solving, sales and communication skills, and expertise with products and services offered by the company.
Provide financial advisory solutions at the bank through insurance services and products, such as retirement planning, savings, and financial protection. Conduct regular financial planning interviews with existing and potential customers to assess their banking needs.
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email. Process orders, forms, complaints and applications. Identify and escalate priority issues. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Research required information using available resources.
