In my role as a Service Associate at the bank, I probably improved my ability to work well with people, pay close attention to important details, and solve problems effectively while delivering outstanding customer support to clients. My job was important in making sure that customers felt appreciated and that we fulfilled their financial requirements.
Virtual Assistants play a necessary role in many different industries, providing essential administrative help, handling tasks, and increase productivity in the digital world. In this new job, I could have a variety of responsibilities, like organizing appointments, handling emails, doing research, and even helping with customer questions online.
Moving from a Service Associate role in a bank to becoming a Virtual Assistant is an important step that highlights my flexibility and adaptability in the constantly changing world of customer service and technology. It shows my capacity to adjust, acquire new skills, and make the most of my existing ones in a fast evolving professional environment. It emphasizes my commitment to succeed in the digital era of service and support. - Performs account opening related functions, tasks for processing other bank services (e.g. Time Deposits/ Peso and FCDU placements, Bank Certification, Checkbook Requisitions) and reconciliation as required in the Branch Operations Manual and in accordance with the policies of the Bank and regulatory bodies.
- Performs proper KYC is performed for all new accounts opened and that EDD where necessary is completed.
- Performs periodic updating of client information and documents.
- Performs tellering functions and other OTC transactions.
- Performs custodian functions in accordance with the Branch Operations Manual:
- As alternate custodian for keys and combinations as delegated.
- As co-custodian of the Service Manager / Service Officer for functions related to the Main Vault, ATM, Cash Safe, Safety Deposit box, accountable forms and working supplies of the branch.
- As a single custodian of the Teller's box.
- Performs back-room functions such as CICS.
- Performs posting verification of co- SA processed transactions.
- Relieves SA of other Business Centers during special assignments/contingencies.
- Prepares timely and accurate internal reports as required in the Branch Operations Manual and/or regulatory bodies.

- Complies with BSP policies for the processing of transactions and ensures no losses/penalties.

- Create and maintain customer accounts.
