•Does phlebotomy in all out-patients and in-patients department including emergency room, labor and delivery and neonatal intensive care unit
•Prepares and examines specimen for routine and special analysis
•Runs quality control samples
•Properly calibrate malfunctioning equipment to ensure precise test results
•Performs manual and automated urinalysis, and pregnancy tests
•Performs fecalysis and fecal occult blood determination
•Performs manual complete blood count for confirmation and correlation of results to patient records
• Maintains histopathologic results in file
•Prepares specimen for analysis and established proper Performs nasopharyngeal /oropharyngeal swab for RT-PCR TEST
• Ensures availability of supplies and inventory
•Ensures conformance with all facility regulations, government requirements, medical policies and laboratory protocols
•Demonstrated the ability to communicate test results effectively with physicians, pathologists and nursing staff as a member of interdisciplinary team focused on providing exemplary quality of care
