Promotes Homehealth care as an alternative to being admitted to a hospital or nursing facility for a cost-effective and more convenient during their recovery period.

We take care of special cases like canceling the subscription for vehicles (if it’s sold, traded in, turned in a vehicle, or no longer in possession) Processing refunds thru their checking or savings account, credit cards, or checks for any discrepancies and disputes. Changing and adding subscriber information in the account such as last name, address, phone number, bill day, and credit cards. Team POC. Conducts y-jack and call listening sessions with the team’s agents to monitor performance and continuous improvement. As POC, I also monitor agents, their schedule and makes sure that they won’t be late for their shift.
