Hi! My name is Gracey. I'm a single mom who is extremely motivated to work and constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I have 8 years work experience in various fields. I have Customer Service and Technical Support experience. I have quite an experience also as a Virtual Assistant with extensive knowledge on email, phone and chat support.

I am detail-oriented and results driven. I’m flexible and adaptable and is always open to working or collaborating with others. I’m very open to learning new things that will help me improve. I am perceptive, an active listener and a quick learner. Time management is also important for me to be able to complete my assigned work in an efficient and timely manner.
