-To act as the key focal point on all HR matters relating to Baghdad International Airport in the absence of the HR Manager. Conducts new employee contract specific induction administration. Process and maintain records of HR administration and reports related to employment of foreign and Iraqi nationals such as employee recruitment, Mobilization and Demobilization of employees, Service Agreements, Passport Administration for immigration, Headcounts/Manning reports, Change of Employee Contracts, Changes of Personal Information, Leave, Performance Appraisal, Disciplinary Notices, and Payroll. Ensure HR related information and matters are 100% accurate and employees’ information are kept confidential. Provides HR Administrative support and carry out task to the maximum standard.
-Process recruitment for 14 branches from job posting, applicant’s interview, training, and deployment process. Conducts training for new hires regarding company policies and procedures, disciplinary actions, payroll and benefits. Travels/visits and monitors recruitment status and administrative issues quarterly. Perform other HR/Admin duties as directed.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
