Hi! I am 25 years old and was born in the month of August of the year, 1998. I’m currently residing at Libas, Buenavista, Marinduque, Philippines and is living with my domestic partner and 3 kids. I love to read novels, watch movies online and explore things in the internet to gain more knowledge. I used to be an introvert, but after learning about virtual assistance and freelance work, I was able to come out of my shell. I learned from this profession how crucial it is to develop relationships with people, both personally and for work. I am now able to say that I enjoy being among people. These days,

Billing Solutions is a leader in providing customized billing and practice management services for
the behavioral healthcare industry. They focus on providing high-quality services to their clients
by being responsive to their needs and implementing effective processes to interface with
insurance companies.
As a billing assistant, I ensure that every patient’s insurance claims are paid and processed by
their respective insurance companies. I talk to the insurance providers if there are claims that
needs clarification or billing out for me to be able to know which patients are having problems
with their bills and insurance.
WeWhiten is a beauty company that specializes in teeth whitening with the goal of making their
patients look and feel like the most confident, beautiful version of themselves. It was founded in
2020 on the belief that teeth whitening services should be accessible and simple.
My task with them is to reach out potential clients for the company and make the bookings and
appointment for them. Leveraging social media literacy to boost the company's integrity and
offering their programs for better teeth whitening in the US.
Seoul Guide Medical is Korea’s largest and most trusted government approved medical tourism
service provider established in 2020. They have access to all the top hospitals in: plastic surgery,
vision correction, dentistry, dermatology and general hospital care.
As their Online Dental Consultant, my responsibilities was to handle the company’s email and its
partner company, the OAKS Dental. I answer their clients emails regarding dental consultations,
pricings and give them the best possible treatments for their dental problems.
I also handled different general administrative tasks for them such as scheduling, booking and
appointment setting.
I made sure that the services are delivered according to their clients’ needs and objectives while
communicating with them through the company’s social media accounts as well.
