As part of my professional development, I enrolled in a comprehensive training program at PRO VA PH, where I continue to gain hands-on experience in virtual assistance and digital support services. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the promotion and sales of Woofy Wi-Fi services across three condominium sites in Mandaluyong. I engaged directly with potential and existing clients, providing prompt assistance with inquiries and resolving connectivity issues. I served as a key liaison between customers and the technical support team to ensure timely troubleshooting and service restoration. Additionally, I coordinated with the installation team to facilitate smooth modem installations. My duties also included managing payment collections, ensuring accurate deposits to designated bank accounts, and maintaining clear financial records. To support operational transparency, I prepared and submitted daily sales reports to the management team.
I was responsible for the daily sorting and organization of client payment receipts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial tracking. I consolidated transaction reports from various team members to facilitate timely and accurate client billing. I regularly coordinated with internal departments and responded to both client and cross-team requests, promoting effective communication and service delivery. A key part of my role involved conducting follow-up calls with clients regarding outstanding payments as reflected in their billing statements. Additionally, I managed email correspondence, monitored important documents, and performed various administrative and ad hoc tasks to support operational efficiency.
In this position, I managed the onboarding process for new client applications, ensuring that each client received timely support for their requests and concerns. I played an active role in maintaining financial compliance by reminding clients of upcoming payment deadlines. On the operational side, I tracked and consolidated daily and monthly performance metrics of financial advisors to support data-driven management decisions. I also coordinated the end-to-end hiring process for new financial advisor applicants, from screening to onboarding. In addition, I oversaw day-to-day administrative duties including managing email correspondence, organizing meeting materials, and executing various ad hoc tasks to support smooth office operations.
