Modern General Trading
(Secretary to General Manager - Consumer Division)
• Answering phone calls, taking / relying to the messages & connect it to the Sales Manager
• Responsible for all incoming/outgoing calls, transferring calls, taking messages
• Responsible for all office routine jobs such as filing, sending/receiving, photocopying, faxes and e-mails
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager of Consumer Division
• Doing paper works – letters, making order forms
• Provide administrative support to Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Sales Representative and Merchandiser
(Editing, Drafting Letters, Quotation, Invoice and some paper works)
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies for our division
