Monitors and evaluates the various aspects of the project and ensure that standards of quality are being attained, reviews and analyzes root cause of defects to prevent recurrence of the issues and quality problems, provides
information on the defects that should be addressed and report findings to management; Participate in regular employee quality improvement meetings to reduce defects and quality issues and make recommendations to improve the production process based on findings from quality assurance analysis and monitors the procedure to determine if changes significantly improve the process and defect quantities.
