I have been working as a Library Assistant at Brent International School Manila since August 2010. In this role, I manage patron records, work at the circulation desk, operate the POS system, coordinate with other offices, parents, and teachers, maintain the library, answer general queries from patrons, monitor schedules, participate in the annual inventory, and perform clerical work. Prior to this, I worked as a South Luzon Area Marketing Officer at Samsung Mobile from June 2007 to October 2008. In this role, I was responsible for everyday sales reports, updating MS Access reports, weekly inventory of sales and stocks, customer service, and training for new products. I also worked as an HR & Training Assistant at Marilag Agency from May 2005 to May 2007, where I prepared weekly and monthly reports in the recruitment department, monitored all client requests and final interviews, administered aptitude and intelligence tests, conducted orientations for new employees, and assisted the HR coordinator. Finally, I was a Recruitment and Training Assistant at Interphil Laboratories, Inc. from May 2004 to May 2005, where I scheduled and administered tests, updated recruitment status reports, scheduled interview dates, prepared equipment for training, updated ISO documents, revised and encoded new job descriptions, and provided payroll notifications and training programs for new hires.
