·Responsible for the general organization and workflow in the assigned outlets, lounges, and all other gastronomic facilities on board and the related administrative tasks in close cooperation with his/her/diverse supervisor.
·Responsible for the implementation of the agreed standards and recipes as well as smooth and up-to-standard workflow in the assigned areas.
·Organizer and conductor of the opening and closing procedures regarding the outlet. Following up on the tasks received from direct proxies.
·Message-bearer of all necessary information and updates to the fellow crew members.
·Reporter of any issues to the direct supervisor.
·In charge of carrying the equipment inventory and managing all work equipment and facilities with care in the designated service area.
·Monitoring person related to the Stock of Hand in the assigned outlets and writing of the requisition for the next day/s and/or special events.
