1. Plans, gives and evaluates nursing care
2. Documents all date concerning inpatients
3. Carries out doctors' orders
4. Administers medications and treatments accordingly
5. Reports observation and any patients' health deviation to the physician
6. Admits and discharges patient and gives health teaching
7. Prepares patients and assists physicians in various diagnostics and therapeutic procedures
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned
1. Handles Pre-Employment medical evaluation of new hires
2. Assists in Medical Benefits utilization of employees such as but not limited to APE, Dental, Optical, Special Leave, and Critical Illnesses.
3. Handles processing of SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefits - from Notification to advance payment.
4. Addresses queries on the Company's Medical Plan (Terms and Conditions, Coverage and Exclusions)
5. Responsible in health counseling and teaching to employees, and endorse to Company Doctors as needed.
6. Prepares Order Payments to partner diagnostic clinics.
7. Prepares medical bulletin and helps plan health and wellness program for all employees.
8. Any other HR/Admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Main role is to assist clients, perform administrative duties and basic financial functions.
Ensure KYC, risk assessment and due diligence is done appropriately upon account opening.
Answers clients' queries and concerns, and inform them regarding their accounts or investments.
Creation and submission of monthly reports within prescribed timeframe.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing records.
