I earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Management from Cavite State University and graduated with honors. I have been employed at Burger King Southmall from 2019 until the present. One of the best feelings I get from my profession is seeing my customers happy and knowing that I have exceeded their expectations. I consider myself a problem-solver who is always looking for new challenges. I've lately become interested in freelancing and want to challenge myself; one of the most tough jobs is engaging with clients electronically. My everyday job as a Store Operations Manager entails planning, managing, and monitoring sales, as well as managing and directing a team to meet our daily goals and interacting with various types of customers. I'm used to working under duress, and I'm confident in my abilities.
