I have been working as a customer service representative for more than 4 years. Recently, I tried shifting to freelance as virtual assistant through an agency with Real estate industry which is mainly about Cold calling and skip tracing tasks. I wanted to become more independent and as much as possible not be under an agency so I am attending online trainings to learn and develop my skills. My goal is to jumpstart a career in Accounting.
I may not have the extensive knowledge on a specific niche but I can say that I am highly trainable and always open to learning new ideas. I learn quickly but I really appreciate direct feedback so I would know which tasks are not tailored to client's preferences. I do my best to finish my work even with less supervision.
