As a virtual assistant (VA), I do more than just handle clerical tasks like managing
emails, managing phone calls, and responding to inquiries. Scheduling
appointments, organizing documents, data entry, and conducting research.
I also worked in recruiting. To determine who is the best fit for the open position, I
sort the applicants. I am the one who screens applicants, verifies test results,
conducts interviews, keeps applicants updated on their progress, and follows up on
any prerequisites they may still be missing, and if the onboarding process is
complete, coordinates with the business owner.
