Responsible for managing HR and Admin Department
Provide monthly reports to the Management Committee regarding the HR and Admin KPIs to ensure that the department is meeting its targets
Taking a hands-on approach to monitoring the HR facets on recruitment, employee relations, training, and compensation, as well as the Admin facets on safety, environment, facility, and company cars.
Ensure dealer compliance with Toyota Motors Philippines.
