Hello! I’m Mark. I’m an experienced customer service representative based in the Philippines. I have attended University of Mindanao for 2 years with bachelor of arts in Multimedia. I have a little bit of background with 2d illustration, 3d sculpting and photo enhancements and editing.
Before I got into the BPO industry I was a customer service staff in the food and clothing retail business. I took up the opportunity to be in the call center industry to hone my skills in the service, since I love helping people that needs assistance and to be able to provide the best service possible that I could give.
