-Assisting customers with QuickBooks desktop technical issues, providing troubleshooting and
issue resolution
-Assisting customers with business applications such as bank reconciliation, journal entries,
balance sheet & profit and loss reports, payroll, etc.
-Managing customers' accounts such as creating accounts, changing contact and billing
information, adding users, and account recovery
-Subscription management; new subscription, resume/reactivate subscription, subscription
cancellation, and processing refund
-Generating leads for our sales team
-Documenting calls
-Answer customer's general and product inquiries -
-Process customer's orders in a very timely manner -
