Working at Amazon Customer Service, I focus on handling retail concerns. As usual, we provide replies or responses to the inquiries and concerns of the clients.We provide information regarding products and services. We accept orders, calculate charges, and handle billing or payments. We review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. We handle returns or complaints of customers. We record details of customer contacts and the actions we have taken. We also escalate the customers to supervisors or more experienced employees if required or requested.
