I am entering the world of freelancing, hoping to get more knowledge, skills, and experience. I am here to help my clients using my existing knowledge and what I learned from my PRO VA training. I always put a lot of effort and passion into my work. I'm also making sure I'm always doing my job well done.
I worked as a call center agent for more than 6 years. My love for my family made me do all this - they are my inspiration and source of strength. A month after I turned 18, I started to work as a call center agent, and through that, I was able to support my family. I also love to take photos. From elementary to college, I joined many organizations and contests about photojournalism.

Handling extra difficult and escalated cases about our Canadian client's medical, dental, drugs, vision, etc. coverage and claim inquiry. I'm doing inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails (both internal and external).
Assisting upset clients who requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. My account with Conduent is about hotel and car reservations.
I make sure calls are within the quality standards of the company. I review CSAT and DSAT surveys - calling clients if needed to acknowledge their feedback and address or resolve their issues. I coach agents for some opportunities that they may have. I commend agents for a job well done and for providing best practices.
