-Design jigs, fixtures, and machines based on client’s need.
-Provide detailed drawing (2D and 3D) for fabrication reference.
-Assemble jigs, fixtures and machine prototype
- Do hardwiring and programming of the machine
- Test and qualify machine.
-Ensure the quality of the product by doing sampling test for every lot manufactured.
- Inspect and monitor production lines.
- Inspect all the incoming raw materials for production use.
-Inspect all outgoing finished goods to be sent to the client.
Create machine prototype base on the 3D model design.
Study and create electrical diagram based on client's need.
Design Machine Automation, Jigs and Fixture, Create Prototype, Provide 2D and 3D Drawing for Fabrication Use
