• Print Entry documents from Intercommerce then turn over Entry and Shipping Documents to Processor for processing at BOC and processing at Shipping Line
• Create Delivery Order and Authorization letter to pick up docs from carrier
• Liaise with Overseas and local service providers for proper coordination of special instructions set by Customer
• Ensures that billing is dispatched on time and that there are no issues on the billing invoice

• Procure Truck ensure that net buy rates are lower than that of Selling rate
• Monitor Delivery
• Responsible for timely purchase order preparation covering requirement for production materials, supplies and services
• Process check purchase requisition from different sections
• Provide internal customer with information related to material concerns and supplier capabilities in terms of meeting production requirement and delivery lead time.
