Job Description:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive 2-week social media plan and strategies for the Conquerors Cavite Facebook page.

· Execute organic social media marketing initiatives to enhance page visibility and increase audience engagement.

· Formulate and establish branding elements, including the creation of the phrase "Tatak Conquerors" for celebrating member achievements.

· Ensure consistent brand awareness by incorporating the organization's logo into every social media post.

· Oversee the creation and optimization of content, graphics, captions, and hashtags for maximum impact and audience reach.

· Collaborate with a team of two admins to efficiently manage and coordinate page activities.

· Delegate and supervise engagements, such as responding to messages, to other administrators for streamlined communication.
