I'm excited to introduce myself as a seasoned professional transitioning from my role as a Team Manager in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting to embark on a new journey as a Virtual Assistant (VA). As a Manager, it is my responsibility that the team under my bucket meets the qualification and KPIs of our clients. Ensuring everyone is working in harmonious environment and promoting teamwork. I am also in charge in profiling team members to join the program. I am doing weekly and monthly deliberation of scores for my team and my upper leads. I do business reviews with the clients and I prepare the data and presentation needed.
