I am currently working in a bank for almost 16 years now. Currently holding the position of a Service Officer for seven years. With my years of experience with the company, I have developed my interpersonal skills, pacified irate clients and assisted a whole lot of clients with their bank concerns which I find fulfilling whenever I have successfully done my part. I always find the urge to assist clients, especially those who literally do not know what to do.
Just recently, I got married. I learned about Virtual Assisting through my brother in law who is also a product of yours. I thought it would be great to have a side hustle as I will be building a family of my own. Apart from that, I also want to gain new knowledge, get money out of it and build dreams.

- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control.
- Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients, acceptable accuracy level on cash and sufficient management of cash requirements.
