Hi there! I'm Mirth. I have a degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.

I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost 2 years as a Customer Care Specialist. I handled customer inquiries via call, email and chat. Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I also work as a Virtual Assistant (E-commerce) where I work daily with a client in the US- Updating product information management tools such as Salsify. I also do Image Management and Optimization. I frequently resized, renamed, for product images, adhering to specific marketplace requirements, SKU, UPC For Marketplaces such as Nordstrom Rack, Macy’s, Groupon, The Knot, Kohl's, and Amazon. In addition, I also do Marketplace Listing Updates for e-commerce Marketplaces such as Shopify, Walmart, & Target. Updated product titles, descriptions, and images for e-commerce marketplaces.

I am Passionate and eager to learn and grow in Social Media Manager . I may not have professional experience as a Social Media Manager, but I have a solid understanding of how social media works and I'm eager to apply that knowledge to a professional setting. I have a strong passion for social media and a keen interest in learning the latest strategies and techniques. I am a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
