Hi there! I'm Mirth. I have a degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.

I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost 2 years as a Customer Care Specialist. I handled customer inquiries via call, email and chat from customer in the US, CAN and UK. Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I also work as a Virtual Assistant (E-commerce) where I work daily with a client in the US. Updating product information management tools. I also do Image Management and Optimization. I frequently resized, renamed, create content slides for product images, adhering to specific marketplace requirements, SKU, UPC for Marketplaces such as Nordstrom Rack, Macy’s, Groupon, The Knot, Kohl's, and Amazon. In addition, I also do Marketplace Listing Updates for e-commerce Marketplaces such as Shopify, Walmart, Target. Updated product titles, descriptions, and images for e-commerce marketplaces.

I am Passionate and eager to learn and grow in Social Media Management . I have a solid understanding of how social media works and I'm eager to apply that knowledge to a professional setting. I have a strong passion for social media and a keen interest in learning the latest strategies and techniques. I am a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
