I am Jail Officer 1 Marjorie Flores Manzanilla, 30 years of age residing at Pagbilao, Quezon Philippines. I am currently working at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology currently assigned at Biñan City Jail Female Dormitory, a Government Institution on which focuses on Safekeeping and Development of Persons Deprived of Liberty or Prisoners.
I am a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at Manuel S Enverga University Foundation Lucena in 2012. I have been a consistent honor student during my basic education and dean’s lister during College which help me improves my social and interpersonal skills. I believe that my academic achievement from primary school to college is exemplary.
Despite the difficulty in maintaining my grades during college, I managed to join and participate in various extra-curricular activities, specifically in leadership roles and tasks. I have known to be a student-leader in our College Department up to the Regional Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants as Regional Membership Officer. I served different student organizations from the lower to higher positions.
As I enter the Jail Bureau, during my training to be a full pledge Jail Officer I’ve been elected as an officer, SAMBIGKIS CLASS OF 2019 as treasurer and Jail Basic Recruit Course (JBRC) 2019-04 as Protocol Officer.
These leadership experiences help me to enhance my leadership skills and helps me to influence others being their role model. I was able to communicate with different individual and be a good example to them.
Moreover, I have various working experiences from different organizations and fields. I have been affiliated as Branch Auditor in a Pawnshop, Bookkeeper in Government Offices, General Accountant in a Salon in Abu Dhabi, and now as a Jail Officer. These working experiences help me to improve my capability as an employee, wherein I am adaptable and flexible in handling different working environments. Thus, it also helps me to be part of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
Although I don’t have any experience in virtual assistant jobs I strongly believe that my educational achievements and work experiences will help me to become a qualified virtual assistant employee.

* In-Charge on the over-all supervision and control of personnel the administrative section.
* Responsible for implementation of administrative policies relative to the proper wearing of uniform, attendance and participation in jail functions.
* Prepares compliance and monthly accomplishment report and consolidate other reports for submission to higher offices.
* Prepares Office Orders, Details and Disposition of Personnel, Memoranda, Issuances and other communication as instructed.

* Oversees and manage all activities related to the performance management.
* Responsible in recording of jail incidents or/and activities inside the jail facility but not limited to PDL welfare and development, operation related and other similar activities.
* Responsible in the supervision, control, safety and security of PDL, visitors and other person inside the jail facility.
* Responsible in the safety and security of the gate of the jail facility through inspection PDL, visitors or personnel, their belongings, vehicles and other materials or properties that enter inside the jail facility.
* Responsible in the conduct of searching procedures to all persons, their belongings, vehicles and other materials or properties intended for the conduct of PDL welfare and development, operation related and other similar activities in accordance of the existing BJMP Policies from entering and going out of the jail facility.
* Conducts frequent inspection of jail facilities such as window, grills, cells, aisles, toilets, rooms and other premises to detect tampering or defect.
