In light of the growing trend towards online accounting, I have recently undergone extensive training in Xero Accounting Software. This has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands of online clients, ensuring that their financial records are managed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. As a result, I am now well-versed in using this accounting software to provide my clients/customers with exceptional service that is tailored to their unique needs.
Aside from technical proficiency, I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial in building and maintaining positive client relationships. I understand that each client has specific financial needs, and I work closely with them to meet their requirements.

Conduct analysis and evaluation/ recommendation on budgetary and non-budgetary requests of clientele agencies such as releases of Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) and Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA); transacting staffing modification in GMIS and preparation of NOSCA; providing technical assistance on the preparation of Budget Execution Documents; URS and PSIPOP users’ account enrollment; Conduct review of Annual and Supplemental Budgets of local government units and answer various queries relative to DBM issuances and other laws, rules, and regulation. Involved in budget preparation activities and conducting Agency Performance Reviews; Provides assistance in the management of the Division’s programs and activities and performs other related functions that may be assigned by a competent authority such as acting as resource speaker during budget forums/meetings and other related works. Also, act as Technical Working Group Member of BAC.

* Provide detailed computation of compensation of government personnel, which includes among others salaries, PERA, Pag-ibig, PHIC, ECIP, RLIP and other one-time benefits;
Provide access to Personnel Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP) and update the Government Manpower and Information System (GMIS);
* Handled staffing modification in GMIS and preparation of NOSCA;
* Provided technical assistance on the preparation of Budget Execution Documents, URS and PSIPOP users’ account enrollment;
* Conducted review of Annual and Supplemental Budgets for Local Government Units and answered various queries related to DBM issuances and other laws, rules, and regulations;
