• RFQ Quotation Data Analysis.
• Manage customer expectations in line with business requirements.
• Liaise with the purchasing and engineering groups to get relevant cost information and perform an Engineering risk assessment for all BIDS received.
• Ensure the RFQ Bid price is correct against GM margins and is in line with company expectations.
• Prepare Bid proposal ready for Management/Commercial Sales approval.
• Present bids to customers and/or internal audiences either in written or oral form.
• Support the Sales team in managing new customers’ bids as well as complex strategic bids from existing customers where necessary. Customer service, and support, including phone and email communication with clients.
• Project management, including task delegation and timeline management.
o Responsible for leading project handover to production for WON RFQs.
o Responsible for SAP Quotation Reference and maintaining Sales quote inputs are up to date in the ERP system.
• Collate data for RFQ Loss Analysis
• Other administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and calendar scheduling.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
