Hi! I'm Marizette Joy Tiburcio, a Filipino Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. I worked abroad, I was a line cook chef in a hotel, it was for on-the-job training (OJT) for almost two years in total. During my time there, I learned to deal with unforeseen issues and duties successfully. Adapting to the new environment was challenging but manageable, meeting people with different nationalities was truly a learning experience. Communicating with others helped not on me, but also others in transitioning to the new environment. Being open-minded to the difference in our culture also helped me grow as a person.
I am an enthusiastic individual with superior skills in team-based and independent capacities, bringing a solid work ethic and excellent organizational skills to any setting. I am excited to begin a new challenge with a successful team. My knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Canva, Google apps, and Yahoo is extensive. I am more than willing to go through training for other applications that I am admittedly unfamiliar with. I am I hope to be part of your growing team!

Project Manager
- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
- Accountable for the day-to-day management and achievement of specific project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

• I am responsible for setting up and running the buffet. Took orders from the omelet station and cook them in front of the customers. I also train kitchen staff and make sure the kitchen runs smoothly and effectively.
• I am also the person who is in charge of the buffet and working in a hot and cold kitchen. I also do inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
• On top of my regular role, I also take charge of setting up and bussing out some tables for the dining area where the customers eat and sit.
• I set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies that need for the kitchen. Also prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces for the menu of the restaurant.
• On top of my regular role, I also serve food and drinks to customers in the hotel.
