-As a Sales Representative for a car rental company (Avis and Budget Au/NZ), my tasks include identifying potential customers, reaching out to them, determining if they are a good fit for the product/service, pitching the product/service, negotiating deals, and closing sales. I also conduct product demonstrations, maintain relationships with customers, report and track sales data, and collaborate with team members.
-As a Technical Support Representative for a telco company (Comcast WNE-GBR), my tasks include providing customer support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting and testing, documenting technical issues, escalating complex issues, communicating technical information, providing product or service training, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with team members.
