I was born on October 1, 1990 and residing in Dumaguete City, Philippines. I studied at Silliman University and graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science major in Entrepreneurship. I got married last 2019 and now we have a beautiful baby girl named Kiandra Antonia Y. Yam. I have been working in a bank for 6 years. I started as a loans associate and later requested to be transferred as a CSR teller. I am accustomed to bank transactions.

As a front liner of the bank it is my responsibility to have face to face interaction with clients regarding their banking
needs. I check the completeness of the documents (properly filled out forms, duly signed, no erasures, etc), accept deposits and cash withdrawals.

My job is to provide excellent service to the clients in monitoring the maturity of loans of the clients to ensure that they are able to settle their accounts with the bank on time and to assist them if they have any concerns regarding the transactions. As a cabin crew my main priority was to ensure the safety of all the passengers in the flight. I also experienced dealing with plenty of passengers and colleagues with different personalities. It was also part of my responsibility to sell the products in the trolley and receive the payments of the passengers. At the end of the flight I compute the total income against the inventory and remit it to our treasury officer. I was never short or over in the remittance of the income of the trolley.
