• Obtaining Documents from Hospitals and/or Facilities in US to process DME reauthorization via Outbound call, EMR, GoScript and Parachute.
• Deal with DME healthcare providers.
• Assisting patients via inbound or outbound calls.
Calling prospective members about health insurance, medications and medical equipment.
• Gives customers information about products and services.
• Handling complaints inquiries for the members who called in multiple times due to unresolved issues.
• Talks to customers/ members on behalf of the companies and or businesses.
• Acknowledging the problems of the callers.
• Listening attentively to the caller’s concern.
• Collects and consolidates all the data for the Failure-Cost Monthly Results and Reports.
• Timekeeping Incharge- Processing Daily Time Record for All QA employees.
• Check and updates employee absences, Sick leave, Vacation leave and Tardiness
• Conducts overtime monitoring
