Conduct Premovement check to assess if assets are on its exact seat location
Assist actual movement on site and take note on the discrepancies found
Resolve discrepancies found during the actual movement

- Current availability of the office spaces in the Market and the current space take-ups
- Upcoming office buildings and developments
· Prepare Options List for clients looking for Office Spaces, Industrial Spaces and Commercial Spaces
· Prepare monthly report for our property mandates
· Conduct on-site inspection of the properties
· Coordinate with Landlords for on-site inspection schedules
· Prepare itinerary for on-site inspections with Clients
