To assist in the leadership of Overnight Associates and department processes through partnership with the Overnight Assistant manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while meeting production targets.
• Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of the Overnight Stocking as per communicated priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
• Ensures that defective merchandise is taken to claims room.
• General responsibility for store safety and security in absence of Overnight Assistant Manager. Manage accidents that occur during overnight shift in absence of Overnight Assistant Manager.
• Inspects premises of assigned areas within the store to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities are in compliance.
• Participates training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food;
• Evaluate and order the ingredients and supplies needed to prepare meals;
• Establish methods to respect work schedules;
• Keep records of inventory, repairs, sales and losses;
• Ensure the training of staff in terms of their tasks, hygiene and safety standards;
• Ensure the quality of food and service, in accordance with established standards;
• Calculate food and labor costs;
• Manage quality, service and cleanliness.
• Work closely with the Market Head to achieve accelerated growth goals.
• Execute robust and creative strategies to acquire new users in target locations (examples include email marketing and pitch presentations).
• Assist in launching new locations for LUNCH:ON and foster their continued growth.
• Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow our user base.
• Assist in segmenting the market and identifying the best matches for our business model.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
