Creating content, including caption posts, images for use on social media, scheduling post using Meta Business Suite, create logo for branding, create teaser and graphic design that promotes a new product, thumbnail making, analyze and make a performance report.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Knowing the company products to answer customer questions, responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Assist customers with placement of order or cancel order, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Greeting passengers at airports, providing information to passengers about flight times, gate changes, delays, and other pertinent information. Processing boarding passes, checking identification documents, and directing passengers to security checkpoints. Assisting with boarding procedures, disembark from aircraft and help passengers who needs special assistance. Providing information about flight schedules, delays, or cancellations. Checking status pf the aircraft with aircraft mechanic and cabin crew before boarding to ensure the safety of passengers.
Providing legendary customer service to all customers. Helped creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
