I have an experience as an Associate-Ops in one of the BPO companies, where I’ve handled international travel account. I’m detail-oriented and can work well even under pressure, since I’ve handled a lot of passengers through chat with regard to their inquiries, requests, and concerns about their flight, baggage, membership, as well as other services that my previous airline account can offer where I can type 60-70 wpm also.
Aside from this, I am a Senior High School graduate, I do have a certificate about computer literacy also, where I have learned different kinds of basic skills and capabilities, with regards of basic photoshop, programming, and animation.
