Hello, there! I’m Lou, 25 years old and a proud mom of one, based in the Philippines.

I have almost 6 years of experience working in a BPO company, where I’ve held various positions:

Sales Account Agent (1+ year) – This role helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills in customer service support.

Quality Analyst (3 years) – In this role, I generated weekly performance reports and worked on evaluating and improving team performance, which helped me refine my analytical and evaluative skills.

Trainer – I conducted product and enhancement training sessions while developing training materials. This position greatly improved my skills in communication, supervision, and administrative tasks, including managing emails and scheduling.

I am adaptable and capable of handling a wide range of tasks, and I can easily switch between different responsibilities to meet your needs.
