• Contact potential wholesale suppliers and open an account
• Get permission to buy from them and ask for the price list
• Scan the price list through a software tool
to identify profitable products and validate results according to the client's criteria
• Get ordering details such as order minimum, method of payment, and whether there are discounts for larger orders including free shipping.
• Recommend new wholesale products for purchase and add them to Amazon Seller Central for listing
• Research and identify potential target companies and decision-makers within those companies.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and capture leads through various channels, such as email, social media, search engine optimization, and content marketing.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Develop strategies to nurture those leads and bring them through the sales funnel
• Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
• Assisting the project manager in preparing a quotation to be submitted to the client.
• Assist the Engineers in their movements especially when they are in the site project
• Maintain office procedures: Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
