I graduated with a degree in Information Technology, but I’ve spent most of my career working in the customer service industry. Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
At present, I’m still working in the same field, but I want to widen my horizon and discover new opportunities where I can apply my skills while working remotely. I’m eager to learn more about virtual assistance, develop new competencies, and eventually build a successful career online.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors — hiking, playing badminton, and traveling to new places. I believe that keeping an active lifestyle helps me stay balanced, focused, and motivated to grow both personally and professionally.
