I can be your next virtual assistant/ social media manager from the Philippines. I am a highly motivated, task- oriented person and love organizations. I have yet to gain experience in the virtual community, but I have a 5- year experience as an on- site office secretary.

• As the Secretary: sets appointment of clients with the concerned/assigned Psychologist/Counselor, collects professional fees from clients and thereafter deposits to the Treasurer’s Office, prepares monthly financial report of the income of the Center, ensures the upkeep and maintenance of the clients records, office files, office supplies, facilities and equipment, takes part in the monthly meeting of the Professional Staff, takes down the minutes and encode for record purposes, and receives and logs all the incoming and outgoing communications, including phone messages.
• As the Psychometrician: Performs the following tasks mandated by RA 100291, the Phil. Psychology Act, under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist: administering and scoring of objective personality tests, structured personality tests, pen-and-paper intelligence, achievement and interest tests, excluding projective tests and other higher level forms of psychological tests, interpreting results of the same and preparing a written report on these results; conducting preparatory intake interviews of clients for psychological intervention sessions.
